  • You are fully responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by your pet.
  • We reserve the right to remove your pet from group activities, modify handling, require immediate pickup, or refuse future services if your pet exhibits aggressive, dangerous, or destructive behavior.

  • Your pet must be free of contagious illness at check-in.
  • Any history of aggression, anxiety, medical issues, or special needs must be disclosed.
